This position is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.Duties and Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate meetings.Conduct employee performance reviews.Develop good customer relationships.Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.Smooth out problems within the workplace.Address employee and customer concerns.Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.Email and phone correspondence.Liaise between managers, customers and employees.Provide direction to staff.Monitor spending patterns and budget.Fill in for Site Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.Organizing shift schedules for team membersMonitoring attendance, tardiness and time offAssigning duties to specific employees based on role and skillsSupervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessaryManaging employees’ requests and transgressionsTraining new and current team members on tasksHandling customer issues and managing conflictsAdhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standardsBalancing cash drawers and preparing cash depositsPerforms all other duties as requestedAdditional Tasks:Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and car washPerform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun)Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash processMove or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitudePoints to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakesCarry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash areaEnsure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks dailyEnsure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hungWith a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.Qualifications:Ability to display courteous and professional attitudeExcellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfactionStrong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekendsAbility to work standing over long periods of timeAbility to lift items of moderate weightAbility to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditionsAbility to interact ethically with fellow employees and customersExcellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skillsStrong ability to handle the physical demand of the jobAbility to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions and safety precautions should be met for safety and compliance**Roles and responsibilities are listed above but are not limited to the list.
