Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN with a strong perianesthesia background for a PACU position. This is a travel assignment at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, where candidates will be floating between PreOp, ECT, and GI Endoscopy, as well as handling standard perianesthesia duties. Prospective candidates should be comfortable with variable start times in a fast-paced and teamwork-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN PACU Agency (Non-Inova Float)

• Provide care across PreOp, Phase 1, and Phase 2 based on patient needs
• Float to ECT and GI Endoscopy for preoperative and recovery phases
• Adhere to unit ratios of 2:1 in Phase 1 and 3:1 in Phase 2
• Participate in a rotating call schedule including weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Adjust to variable shift lengths tailored to unit operational needs

Requirements of the RN PACU Agency (Non-Inova Float)

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or active multistate compact (NLC) license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as required by AHA
• Minimum 2 years of PACU RN experience with a strong perianesthesia background preferred
• Mandatory ECG exam pass on Day 2 of orientation
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
