Job Title Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services – Financial Advisory Services What You Will Do Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports. Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies. Perform due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. Communicate with clients to deliver exceptional service. Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm. Lead and mentor engagement team members, supporting their professional growth. Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, clients, and the community. Engage in professional development through firm‑wide learning programs. You are committed to your own development and to mentoring others. Qualifications 8+ years of experience at a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred. Strong motivation, initiative, and positive attitude. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience in complex quantitative and qualitative analysis. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management. Effective team player with experience interacting with senior client personnel. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $179,000–$262,000.
