Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week) A growing biotech client in Boston, MA, is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator with direct experience to join their team for a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert from there. This individual will be focused on supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, handling high volume interview scheduling, and supporting new hire onboarding. Responsibilities Coordinate & manage complex interview schedules Communicate proactively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Support new hire onboarding activities Manage candidate updates & reporting in the ATS Support TA team in managing ad-hoc projects Requirements and skills 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment Experience working in the life sciences strongly preferred Systems savvy with prior ATS experience Experience working in Microsoft Office suite Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
