Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatrician (Bilingual in Spanish) to join a team of multilingual healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty medical group in Brooklyn, NY. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients from infancy through adolescence. Conduct well-child examinations, developmental screenings, and immunizations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Develop and manage individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Licensure: Active New York State Medical License (Required). Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible. Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive pediatric care, well-child visits, developmental assessments, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner with children and families, strong communication skills, cultural competence, patience, and a team-oriented approach. Competitive Compensation: $210,000 - $225,000 per year.
