Customer Service Representative (Presales Agent)

Omaha, NE or San Antonio, TX

$19/hr | Onsite | Contract-to-Hire | M-F Schedule

We're looking for friendly, motivated professionals who enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team. No insurance experience required!

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
• Follow up on quote requests and interested leads
• Connect customers with the right department or sales team
• Provide a great customer experience via phone and email
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions
• Meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or phone experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
