Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,631–$1,754 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: 5x8 days, 08:00–16:30 Start date: 09/18/2026 Setting: skilled nursing facility Responsibilities Provide and document occupational therapy interventions under supervision to improve residents’ daily living skills Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities aligned with resident goals Assist with initial assessments, progress notes, and routine documentation under OT supervision Monitor resident safety during activities; adapt tasks to meet individual capabilities and goals Collaborate with the OT team, nursing staff, and rehabilitation colleagues to coordinate care Maintain equipment, ensure proper infection control, and support a safe therapy environment Requirements Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active credential; Maryland licensure or eligibility Associate degree from an accredited OTA program Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and follow facility policies Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Availability to work the listed shift (08:00–16:30) and the assignment schedule Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 35 per week 16-week assignment with travel support Weekly pay: $1,631–$1,754 per week Credentialing and compliance assistance throughout the assignment Dedicated recruiter and travel support PAY DISCLAIMER RULE: Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
