Job Overview CELINE is a fast‑growing French and leather‑goods couture house within the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide. We seek enthusiastic, passionate and agile personalities ready to thrive in a demanding environment. We are looking for a Client Service Advisor passionate about fashion and innovation. This role is within the Client Service Center Department and part of the Retail Excellence team. Responsibilities Answer clients’ requests through phone, email, chat and social media. Offer personalized advice and service using your knowledge of all iconic products and the maison’s categories. Assist clients with online orders and meet revenue goals. Comply with company golden rules, policies and standards when managing client files and information to guarantee a seamless omni‑channel experience. Handle and resolve client claims, issues, concerns and complaints (digital and store). Support operational functions (e.g., fraud review, ASQ claims, refund processing, etc.). Organization Part of the North America Retail Excellence team. Based in New York City. Profile Passionate about fashion, knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on the latest trends. Experience in customer service or retail; luxury experience is a plus. Client‑centric and truly motivated to provide a great client experience. Solution oriented and proactive. Polished and professional demeanor that translates over the phone easily. A team player with a genuine desire to connect with people. Must have flexible working days and hours, including weekends, due to omni‑presence operations. Experienced and comfortable with all basic computer skills and applications (Microsoft Office suite, POS platforms, etc.). Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
