Special Education Paraeducator

Job Title

Assist teacher(s) in the conduct of training and learning activities with children experiencing special learning needs; assist in the conduct of reinforcement learning experiences; to perform minimal routine clerical tasks; assist in the feeding, lifting, and individualized care of students and to do other related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Those that will need to take the Southern Kern USD test for NCLB compliance, you will be notified through email about testing dates. ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT A RESUME AND LETTER OF INTRODUCTION WILL BE DISCARDED.

• NCLB Compliance (To be NCLB Compliant, you must have an AA degree, 48 semester units, OR pass the Southern Kern Unified School District NCLB test.)
