Veterinary Client Service Representative

Veterinary Client Service Representative Canyon Creek Animal Clinic, Richardson, TX Full-Time An upbeat, self‑starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Client Service Representative represents the front‑line of the clinic, greeting clients and pets and ensuring a welcoming environment. This full‑time position requires 30-40 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays. Job Duties Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns. Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records. Processing client payments and invoices. Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients. Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies. Other administrative duties as needed. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred. At least 6 months of customer service experience. Veterinary hospital experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.
