As a Beta Project Manager , you'll manage and support our customers' product tests (i.e., beta tests). This is a dynamic role that puts you in front of many of the most influential and innovative names in technology. What You'll Do as a Beta Project Manager Become an expert at our platform and process Work with our clients to scope projects to meet their goals Identify ideal targeted test candidates based on client requirements Collaborate on test logistics including unit shipping and retrieval Triage customer feedback generate detailed reports Support ongoing client data needs (generating custom reports, etc.) Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics Present results and recommendations to clients What You Need to Do the Job High technical aptitude in both software and hardware Proven project planning and management skills Experience digging into data and building reports Previous experience delivering presentations to customers What'll Give You an Edge 2-4 years of experience working in a tech-related space Experience in project or program management Familiarity with research methodologies Previous experience in a fast-paced agile tech environment The Nitty Gritty This is a full-time, hybrid position, with weekly in-office days Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Mission Viejo HQ Sorry, Recruiters: We're not open to working with you on this role We require a successful background check following offer acceptance More About Us Centercode is a highly innovative tech company and we're growing all the time.
