Pediatric LPN – 1:1 Home Care West New York, NJ | Weekends | $40/Hour

Join Affirmed Home Care , where you'll provide individualized, one-on-one care while making a meaningful difference in a child's life.We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in West New York, NJ . This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy building lasting relationships with families while receiving the support of an experienced pediatric clinical team.
Weekend ScheduleChoose the schedule that works best for you:
- One 16-hour shift: Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
OR - Two 8-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday
- $40.00 per hour
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
- Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
- Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
- Accurately document all nursing services provided
- Communicate with the family and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or acute care)
- Current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months), or chest X-ray within 5 years
- Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
