Your Role As a Tax Advisor at Block Advisors, you will inspire clients to make informed decisions regarding their finances, building lasting relationships year‑round. You will provide a range of tax and business services that cater to clients with diverse needs while receiving expert training to support your success. We Prefer Candidates With CPA or Enrolled Agent certification. Experience in completing business tax returns. Experience conducting virtual tax interviews. Sales or marketing background. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Your Contributions Will Include Maintaining year‑round client relationships. Providing tax preparation, audit support, and planning throughout the year. Instilling client confidence through face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews. Driving business growth, enhancing client retention, and introducing additional services. Assisting clients with IRS support. Offering tax notice services at all certification levels. Providing audit representation if you have Circular 230 certification. Continuously enhancing your tax expertise. Qualifications 5+ years of tax experience. Expertise in individual tax returns. Experience in tax planning and audit support. Strong communication skills in person and virtually. Comfortable using virtual tools such as video conferencing and chat. A proven track record in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent training.
