Remote - Field Service Technician – Heavy EquipmentBowling Green, KY – 100% Field-Based (Fully Remote)Salary: $32–$35/hour - Plus TruckShift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (hours may vary)All parts shipped directly to your homeJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical deficiencies on heavy equipment in field environmentsPerform independent field service repairs without direct supervisionRepair and replace components including engines, hydraulic systems, air conditioning, suspension, braking, steering, drive-train, and electrical systemsPerform welding, brazing, fabrication, and modification of parts and equipment as requiredRead and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsSource, order, and install replacement parts as needed to complete repairsMaintain compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and DOT requirementsCommunicate repair causes and corrective actions to supervisors and customersTravel and work remotely, including overnight stays, as requiredOperate fully remote from home; company ships parts directly to your residence for dispatch to job sitesEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Technical or vocational school training (preferred)Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesGeneral knowledge of complex hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and drive-train systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, drive-train, and air conditioning systemsWelding and fabrication experienceKnowledge of heavy equipment operationAbility to use electrical and hydraulic testing equipmentValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Certification HiFyve
