divh2Senior Recruiter/h2pOur client, a Banking company, is looking for a Senior Recruiter for their Brooklyn, OH/Remote location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliServe as a strategic consultant to client Capital Markets senior leaders and HR partners, using business and market insights to develop targeted recruiting plans/liliLead full-cycle recruiting efforts including search strategy, sourcing, assessment, interviewer preparation, feedback synthesis, reference checks, and offer negotiation/liliEnsure consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates/liliPrioritize work effectively, anticipate challenges, and adjust plans to meet hiring goals/liliUse passive and direct sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline/liliAssess candidates rigorously and provide informed hiring recommendations/liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates/liliConduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform talent strategies/liliCollaborate with Compensation Managers and HR partners to manage offer negotiations/liliPartner with Legal to navigate restrictive covenants and ensure compliance/liliOversee reference and background checks for final candidates/liliMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system/liliLeverage online resources and professional networks to identify and engage talent/liliRepresent Clients brand, culture, and values to external candidates/liliSupport internal talent movement and onboarding processes/liliManage relationships with external vendors, including search firms and contract researchers/liliCollaborate with Talent Acquisition peers to share insights and best practices/liliManage an average of 2025 searches and projects concurrently/liliBuild strong partnerships across HR and other Centers of Excellence/liliStay current on recruiting best practices and business strategies/liliParticipate in relevant meetings, initiatives, and projects/liliEnsure compliance with all Talent Acquisition and Client policies and risk requirements/liliLeverage AI and other technology to work efficiently/liliInfluence hiring decisions with data-driven insights/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required/liliBachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred/lili5+ years of professional experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, including 2+ years in full lifecycle recruitment required/liliExperience in investment banking and/or capital markets is preferred/liliStrategic Consulting: Ability to advise senior leaders using market insights to shape recruiting strategies and talent decisions/liliFull Lifecycle Recruiting: Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation/liliCandidate Assessment: Skill in evaluating candidates rigorously and making informed hiring recommendations/liliRelationship Management: Proven ability to build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners/liliMarket Research: Capability to analyze industry trends and inform workforce planning and talent strategies/liliOffer Negotiation: Experience collaborating with Compensation and Legal teams to manage complex offer packages and compliance/liliProject Management: Ability to manage multiple searches and recruiting projects concurrently while meeting deadlines/liliCommunication Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions/liliDigital Fluency: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and emerging technologies including AI and automation to enhance recruiting efficiency/liliMentorship Collaboration: Experience mentoring junior recruiters and collaborating across HR and Talent Acquisition teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement/liliPhysical Demands/liliStandard office environment; must be able to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods/li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
