Clinical Sales Manager, CRM (Colorado, Oklahoma, Nebraska)

This field-based position is located in Colorado, Oklahoma, or Nebraska and is part of the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. The role focuses on leading a regional team of clinical specialists to achieve revenue growth, improve coverage efficiency, and strengthen the clinical service mindset. Responsibilities Partner with Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and market share capture through coordination of sales and service efforts. Identify clinical opportunities using analytics, time studies, and field visits. Address opportunities through coaching, development, and execution of measurable initiatives. Coordinate and implement strategies to increase service efficiency and optimize clinical headcount utilization. Manage and coach clinical specialists through field rides, meetings, and company resources to ensure alignment and talent development. Demonstrate change leadership to adapt to evolving customer base and industry expectations. Communicate and drive alignment within CRM at the area/regional level on vision, goals, and activities. Adhere to and reinforce policies, business conduct and quality standards. Recruit, hire and maintain a diverse bench of clinical candidates. Oversee training and development of clinical team in implant, service delivery, competitive and product knowledge. Ensure direct reports have objectives, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans. Conduct administrative tasks related to management, expense, inventory and communication activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 7-9 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. CRM certification and demonstrated aptitude in CRM therapy knowledge for implants and device support. Knowledge of local CRM customer base preferred. Demonstrated leadership/credibility with the local team. Strong business acumen and strategic problem‑solving skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to manage conflict effectively and drive change. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong project management experience. Must be energetic, organized, determined, and goal oriented. Schedule flexibility for after‑hours case coverage and weekend client meetings. Ability to travel approximately 25‑50% of the time. Equipment & Working Conditions Uses cellular phone, personal computer, iPad, and product line technology. Operates a motor vehicle for site visits and travels to airports for airline travel. Work environment ranges from office/field – physician office procedure rooms, hospital operation rooms, personal residence – with low to moderate noise level; also includes customer offices, research labs, hospitals, hotels, automobiles, commercial travel, and weather conditions. Activities require mobility and stamina: walking, standing, climbing stairs, sitting; manual dexterity for handling and demonstrating products; stooping and kneeling; lifting up to 25 pounds (may exceed on occasion). Requires clear vision and good depth perception. The base pay for this position ranges from $99,300.00 to $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the posted range.
