Location: Acton, MA 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday | $22.09/hour 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday | $24.29/hour

We're hiring Production Specialists to support assembly, testing, kitting, and inventory operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, label, package, and inspect medical device products and kits
• Configure and test handheld electronic devices using specialized equipment
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material handling activities
• Verify components and finished products for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report quality, safety, or process issues
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or medical device experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to distinguish colors on electronic displays
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
