Title Physical Therapist Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You collaborate with peers, refer patients when necessary, and train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a PT‑related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in PT; or a Bachelor’s degree in PT with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
