Recruiter

(Note: Hybrid in Boulder, CO preferred, or hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT.) Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing long lasting relationships with candidates that are available for placement into both technical and non-technical, contract and full-time positions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing communication skills, tap into your creativity and satisfy your entrepreneurial drive while having a great time getting to know people. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates Maintain, develop and utilize an existing database of candidates Conduct daily searches from the multiple job boards that are provided Assist the Account Executives by submitting candidates, documenting candidate profiles, checking references and determining matches for open client engagements REQUIREMENTS 5+ years as a recruiter, technical and MSP/contract recruiting preferred BA/BS preferred An extensive professional network is a plus Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate ideas via telephone, video, and in person PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS A high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles is a must Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects Proven ability to develop relationships Ability to critically assess candidates capabilities Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to ask questions to learn about people and technology Good understanding of technology and how it is used Ability to listen closely and ask open ended questions Perseverance Flexibility BENEFITS Computer provided Company outings and quarterly/annual trips Join a high-growth, high-performance team changing the recruiting and staffing industry one client and candidate at a time!
