Job Description:
- Clean and sanitize breakrooms, conference rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using manual and powered floor cleaning equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners.
- Restock restroom and breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds and vents.
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors and partitions.
- Perform minor facility maintenance (replacing light bulbs, reporting damage or repair needs)
- Maintain and properly store cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Lock/unlock facilities and ensure premises are secure when assigned.
- Respond to urgent or emergency clean up situations when required.
- Follow all safety, health and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- 1 + year in janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Able to work across two locations: 3 days per week in Von Ormy, TX and 2 days per week in Pleasanton, TX . (Tuesday-Saturday)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
