Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For

Dependable and reliable team players
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and support teammates
Podiatry experience a plus

Typical Responsibilities

Room patients and support provider during clinic visits
Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations
Assist with both clinical and administrative duties
Rooming patients and completing intake
Assisting providers with patient care
Documenting in Cerner
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Managing patient messages
Scanning and maintaining medical records
Preparing exam rooms and supporting clinic workflow
