Hourly Wage The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. $15 - $28 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Job Overview Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs.
