Certified Nurses Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Clarksburg, WV . This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for renewal based on performance and facility needs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of CNA experience and be committed to providing exceptional patient care in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to nursing staff.
Document care provided according to facility guidelines.
Support patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of West Virginia.
Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience .
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule

12-Hour Day Shifts
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating weekends and holidays may be required based on facility needs.
