Job Description:
Mobile Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Assistant to join our Commercial Lines team. This individual will be responsible for working with clients on their concerns regarding their insurance policies, servicing their requests (endorsements, Evidence of Coverage, etc.), preparing renewals/claims/applications etc., and working with the Agent to help close new opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3- 5 years of experience in an insurance focused customer service role
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products
- High level of customer focus with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent communication
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with some type of management system (Vertafore AMS360 is what they use)
