Job Specification

• Provide full-scope Women's Health primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Perform comprehensive wellness exams, preventive screenings, health assessments, and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on women's health needs.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, care coordinators, and specialty providers to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best practices in patient-centered care.
• Deliver culturally competent care to diverse and underserved populations with sensitivity and respect.

Candidate Requirements

• Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Required
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with at least 1 year of post-certification clinical experience Required
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred (ability to assess patients without an interpreter)
• Strong interest in community health and serving underserved populations Required
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
