Enrollment Associate

To support a growing enrollment team, the full-time temporary Enrollment Associate will engage with prospective students by providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and offering detailed information about admissions processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Generate rapport with prospective students and meet key performance indicators through excellent customer service Act as a subject matter expert to provide consultation and overcome objections during enrollment discussions Manage inbound inquiries, ensuring accurate information is gathered and transactions are processed effectively Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Proficiency in using computers and learning new software applications quickly
