About the Role:
Papa Johns in Celina, TX is looking for a driven and passionate General Manager to lead our team to success! Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, speed, and customer satisfaction standards are met
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and shift supervisors
- Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with Papa Johns brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Drive sales growth through local marketing efforts and exceptional customer service
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining and delivery experience
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or pizza industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost, and labor cost control
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- Reliable, results-driven, and committed to delivering a consistent guest experience
