Job Summary
Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Aurora, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized pediatric nursing care within a medical oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant unit. The position offers an opportunity to work in a teaching facility with a focus on pediatric oncology patients, supporting a team with a 48-bed capacity and diverse patient needs.

Job Details

• Location: Aurora, Colorado
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday nights); no on-call required; must work at least one of three winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Travel Required: Yes
• Float Requirements: Float rotation may be required, levels 6, 8, 9, 10, CPCU, NICU, North Campus, South Campus
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) experience; Minimum 2 years Hematology / Oncology / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience; Experience with ports and central line access/care; Certifications including BLS (AHA or ARC) and APHON Chemo/Bio Certification; Level of experience includes at least 0 years minimum.
• Preferred Qualifications: CPHON; BMT Certification
• Additional Information: No holiday RTO; no RTO approved within first 2 weeks of assignment; medical/religious flu exemption requests allowed (must be submitted with file).
