Maintenance Technician

Job Description

A non-profit organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform basic maintenance duties such as painting, changing an outlet, fixing a dripping faucet, unclogging a toilet, or similar maintenance duties. Experienced plumbers, electricians, HVAC Technicians or other contractors will be brought in to work on complex issues. Work hours are first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidate must have basic maintenance experience, must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points, must have the ability to use an I-pad, must be detail-oriented, must be reliable, and m ust have a safety-first approach to work. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
