Role: MedSurg RN Responsibilities Provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans based on assessments Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments Administer, record, and manage prescribed medications Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate alternative actions as needed Perform procedures such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in medication administration, and ability to respond to patient needs promptly.
