Urgent need of Caregiver (Weekdays and Weekends)

Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and compassionate evening caregiver to assist an elderly couple in their home in Chuluota, FL. This role focuses on companionship, evening routine support, and light household tasks. Client Details:

Husband (88) – ambulatory, has aphasia (difficulty speaking)
Wife (84) – ambulatory, mild short-term memory issues
Both clients can feed and bathe themselves
Family members live in the home but have limited availability to assist

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and supervision during evening hours
Assist with redirection, especially with bedtime routine
Light housekeeping (e.g., cleaning dinner dishes, tidying kitchen)
Medication reminders
Ensure a calm and safe evening environment

Requirements:

Experience with dementia, memory care, or communication challenges (preferred)
Patient, attentive, and able to provide gentle redirection
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work evening shifts consistently

Additional Information:

No pets in the home
Daytime caregivers are already in place
Start date: ASAP
