Facility:

This facility is a comprehensive healthcare campus with a clinic, 50-bed Critical Access Hospital, and Nursing Home/Assisted Living all connected on one campus. They utilize Epic EMR and offer numerous on-site services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health, Lab, and Imaging Services. The facility also provides multiple outreach specialty services and is an NHSC and state loan repayment qualifying site.

This position offers the chance to join a dedicated team of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians providing exceptional patient-focused care to the Fosston community and greater region. Job Details:

• 1.0 FTE is 36 patient contact hours, or 32 patient contact hours if doing inpatient
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday Walk-In 9:30am-12:00pm
• Average of 18-20 clinic patients per day with 1-2 procedures
• Provides pre and post-natal care for 80-100 OBs per year through shared care model
• Inpatient rounding in a 50-bed Critical Access Hospital with average census of 8
• Emergency Room coverage with volume of 8-12 patients in a 24-hour shift
• Home base in Fosston with potential outreach to Oklee and Bagley Clinics
• Primary call coverage 3-4 days per month
• Back-up call 8-10 days per month to support the ED provider
• BC/BE in Family Medicine required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
