This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines according to job specifications. Load raw materials and verify tooling alignment and offsets. Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Make necessary program edits and adjustments to maintain tolerances. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools. Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. Perform preventative machine maintenance as required. Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality standards. Work closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including two years minimum of Swiss CNC experience REQUIRED Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required.
