• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, safety, speed, and accuracy
  
• Set the tone for a positive, high-performing kitchen team
  
• Coach, train, and develop team members into future leaders
  
• Position team members effectively and adjust throughout the shift based on business needs
  
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  
• Lead with calmness, urgency, and clear communication during high-volume periods
  
• Hold team members accountable while building strong, trusting relationships
  
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, efficiency, and team performance

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
  
• Opening availability OR Closing availability, open availability preferred but not required
  
• Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but not required
  
• Desire to grow with Chick-fil-A long-term a bonus
