Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including shift management, staff supervision, and customer service delivery. * Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. * Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reducing waste through effective food management practices. * Supervise and train staff on food handling, safety procedures, POS system * Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. * Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and fostering a culture of continuous training & development. * Assist in budgeting efforts, cost control initiatives, and implementing operational improvements to maximize efficiency. * Lead by example in hospitality management, demonstrating leadership in supervising staff during busy shifts while maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications * Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments. * Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with fine dining or catering experience preferred. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives; previous assistant manager experience highly valued. * Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations. * Excellent communication skills. * Experience with food production processes, and managing restaurant operations in a hospitality or hotel environment is advantageous. * Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting with a focus on teamwork and leadership excellence.
