You'll work closely with a collaborative group of professionals handling complex projects and documentation across multiple workstreams. What You’ll Do: Support transactional matters from initial diligence through completion Assist with document preparation, review, coordination, and related project support Coordinate transaction documents, timelines, and closing deliverables Review diligence materials, records, and related documentation Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Partner directly with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout transactions Core Tech & Skills: Transactional support experience Document review and coordination experience Due diligence coordination Records and documentation review Closing documentation and transaction management Agreement review and administration Microsoft Office Suite Document organization and tracking Strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
