Logistics Strategy Specialist

Provide strategic advisory and coordination support to senior Department of the Air Force leaders responsible for logistics, engineering, and force protection initiatives Support the development, implementation, and governance of enterprise-level strategies Translate senior leader priorities into coordinated actions across Air Force organizations and mission partners Frequently engage with senior Air Force leadership, including general officers, senior civilians, and their staffs Manage multiple high-visibility priorities in a fast-paced environment Support a federal customer at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia Requirements Bachelor's degree required Active Secret Clearance Experience supporting Air Force logistics, supply chain, readiness, force protection, or related operational mission areas Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, senior-level environment Ability to develop and present findings, recommendations, and decision-support information to senior leaders Strong executive presence and demonstrated professionalism when engaging with senior military and civilian leaders Previous experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Department of the Air Force, or Pentagon staff Department of War or Military Department logistics experience Familiarity with Air Force and Department of War policy, strategy, governance frameworks, and doctrine Experience planning and facilitating senior-level conferences, off-sites, or strategic planning sessions Experience coordinating across multiple Headquarters organizations, functional communities, or mission partners Experience working with international allies and partners Must provide onsite support four days per week Must hold an active Secret clearance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in strategic advisory and coordination support for senior Department of the Air Force leaders, with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain, and force protection initiatives.
