This role will provide day-to-day administration, support users, maintain data quality, and deliver system improvements that help teams manage customer relationships and sales activity effectively.The Salesforce Administrator will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to understand business needs, configure solutions, and promote consistent adoption of Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform administration: Manage users, licenses, permission sets, sharing settings, and access controls in coordination with IT.System configuration: Maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.Workflow automation: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes and reduce manual work.User support: Resolve support requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or technical teams when needed.Data management: Maintain data quality through duplicate prevention, validation, cleanup, and controlled imports and exports.Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, sales performance, and other business metrics.Business analysis: Gather requirements, recommend solutions, and manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements.Change management: Test changes in sandbox environments, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deploy approved updates.Release readiness: Review Salesforce releases, assess their impact, and communicate relevant changes to users.Integrations: Monitor connected applications and coordinate troubleshooting with integration owners and IT.Training and documentation: Develop user guides, document configurations, and provide onboarding and ongoing training.Security and governance: Follow company policies for access, data protection, documentation, and system changes.Required QualificationsFive or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.Experience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages.Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.Proficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools.Understanding of CRM concepts and sales processes, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management.Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to prioritize support requests and improvement projects independently.Relevant education, professional experience, or a combination of both.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certification.Experience supporting Sales Cloud.Experience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange applications, and data migrations.Familiarity with sandbox management, deployment tools, and change control practices.Experience supporting cross-functional teams and delivering user training.Basic understanding of SOQL and the ability to collaborate with Salesforce developers.The good faith base salary range forthis role is$110,000–$140,000at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
