Clinical Director- Physical Therapy

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Director for a direct hire opportunity in Del Mar, CA.
The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $65 and $80. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Overview

The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership to clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for guiding treatment standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong orthopedic clinical expertise and leadership experience to drive optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to clinical staff

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and treatment protocols

• Conduct or support complex patient evaluations and ensure appropriate treatment planning

• Monitor clinical outcomes and quality assurance metrics

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care delivery

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standards

• Support staff training and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience required

• Orthopedic experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
