Dedicated Driver Overview
- Pay that performs on every mile. Earn 70CPM on every mile, with average weekly miles of 2,500 for steady, reliable earnings.*
- Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA.
- Pay that adds up beyond the mile. Earn $75 driver assist pay per load plus $30 per drop, giving you more ways to boost your paycheck on every run.
- Home time you can plan around. Run a dedicated schedule that gets you home every 7-10 days, with consistent routes you'll come to know well.
- Consistent routes built around you. Run dedicated freight with familiar lanes and customers, bringing predictability to your week.
- Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
