Inventory Associate

Inventory Associate The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through regular cycle counting while assisting in processing items for the Open Box project and Bulk Return program. This role includes inspecting, organizing, and preparing returned merchandise for resale, donation, or other disposition, while supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities Inspect, relabel, and adjust returned items for the Open Box project, ensuring they meet quality standards before being entered into the inventory system for resale. Assist in the timely and accurate processing of return shipments to Bulk Return partners with the required documentation. Sort and organize returned items by category, condition, and storage location within the warehouse. Assist with regular cycle counting of inventory to ensure stock accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following warehouse safety protocols. Work with the Inventory Manager to identify returned inventory items for special projects. Oversee the disposition of donations to local and national charities. Perform additional duties as requested to support the warehouse and inventory team operations.
