New Grad RN Residency Progressive Surgical Trauma

HCA Healthcare is seeking New Grad RNs for our Progressive Surgical Trauma Residency in Nashville, TN. In this structured program, you’ll transition from student to professional nurse while caring for post-surgical and trauma patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented unit. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you’ll build skills in assessment, medication administration, wound and drain care, telemetry monitoring, and complex care coordination. You’ll participate in classroom education, clinical simulation, and mentorship while contributing to compassionate, patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
