HR Associate Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week) A financial services client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a highly analytical HR Associate to support compensation, benefits, and HRIS-related initiatives. They\'re looking for an organized, collaborative candidate to be a cross-functional resource for the HR department. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize HR systems and data across the employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, reporting efficiency, and structured workflows Lead and support the year-end compensation process, including data preparation, analysis, and partnership with HR and accounting teams on budgeting, accruals, and audits Contribute to compensation surveys, performance management, training initiatives, and exploration of AI-driven efficiencies in HR processes Collaborate across HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding, while supporting broader HR programs and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree required 3+ years of direct HR experience (ideally in HRIS, compensation & benefits) Strong analytical skills Significant experience working in both Excel & HRIS Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
