Sales Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set and achieve sales and profit goals for the Dallas, TX territory. Cultivate strong relationships with existing key customers while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. Engage in regular communication with customers and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline within the CRM system. Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets and ensure effective execution. Lead pricing negotiations and establish favorable commercial terms in customer contracts. Foster collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders across SolvChem. Champion a culture of safety by providing exemplary leadership in all company environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned, as necessary to support the department's operations and objectives. Flexibility and adaptability are expected in alignment with evolving business needs.
