Product Designer
Two Leopard
#### About the role
We are looking for a brilliant UI/UX Product Designer to shape the visual identity and user journeys across our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process—turning complex conceptual workflows into beautifully simple, high-fidelity user interfaces. You will design the dashboards, client portals, and responsive experiences that power our core software applications, restaurant automations, and hiring systems.
If you are a detail-obsessed designer who values immaculate typography, thrives on solving intricate layout puzzles, and believes that great product design requires deep care, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the visual and interaction design for complex web applications, dashboard interfaces, and mobile-responsive screens.
• Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity layouts.
• Build, scale, and maintain a unified, accessible internal design system to ensure absolute visual cohesion across our platforms.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Full-Stack Engineers to translate user requirements and technical boundaries into seamless designs.
• Analyze user feedback, identify friction points in current interfaces, and proactively execute layout iterations to improve conversion and usability.
#### What we look for
• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer for web-based B2B or SaaS products.
• An elite online portfolio demonstrating high-end visual design aesthetics, exceptional layout hierarchy, typography execution, and clean interactive prototypes.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma, including advanced components, auto-layout configurations, design tokens, and prototyping workflows.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and responsive grid web layouts.
• Experience building or contributing directly to structural design systems that successfully translate to frontend code (like Tailwind or Radix components).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and layout rationale to engineering teams.
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a massive plus, though writing code is not required.
