Practice Details:

• Established private cardiology group with a regional EP, interventional, and structural heart program already in place
• Fast partnership and ownership track, typically within year one
• Opportunity to participate in innovative care initiatives based on your interests

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekday night call
• Light call rotation with additional compensation provided for call coverage
• Schedule built around long-term sustainability and physician well-being

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total annual compensation up to 745,000 with partnership, with a 550,000 starting associate salary
• Competitive 75,000 signing and retention bonus
