Description:
Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery.
The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
A skills checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty of Med Surg/Telemetry is required.
Two supervisory reference forms completed with dates of employment are also required.
