You will never cold call as part of this job, at any stage.Full training and mentorship take you from zero insurance background to a licensed, confident producer. Onboarding covers product fundamentals, how to run a genuine client conversation, and how to handle objections honestly. From there, ongoing coaching supports you as you build your own book of business.Commission-only, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale.
