Location : Chicago, Illinois — hybrid. Join a collaborative office environment where attorneys work closely with colleagues and support professionals.

Note : Must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar, have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, have tried at least 3 civil jury trials to verdict, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution with a focus on strong client advocacy and case results.
• Investigate liability, damages, medical issues, and other key facts to build compelling cases.
• Draft, file, and argue discovery motions, law and motion matters, oppositions to motions for summary judgment, and other critical litigation documents.
• Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals.
• Communicate consistently with clients and guide them through the litigation process with clarity and compassion.
• Handle complex and high-value litigation matters while continuing to strengthen courtroom and trial skills.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• Illinois Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
• Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
• Demonstrated trial, legal research, writing, case management, and client advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, judgment, professionalism, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
