Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties. Learn restoration techniques to return property to pre-loss condition. Utilize industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job. Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures. Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
